Sam Donaghey is the founder of TRAI8, Talent Partners.

Sam began his recruitment career in 2018 at a large corporate agency specializing in Microsoft technologies. In 2019, he launched his own business recruiting within the Salesforce ecosystem, supporting high-growth companies in building strong teams.

In 2021, Sam joined Fast Slow Motion as Recruitment Director, where he led internal hiring and successfully recruited over 100+ team members during rapid growth. His time at FSM has been a formative experience, where industry leaders mentored him, and he saw firsthand how strategic recruitment fuels business growth. Here, he developed a deep understanding of how to scale organizations by aligning the right people with the right mission.

In 2025, Sam founded TRAI8 with a vision to build a different kind of recruitment firm—one rooted in a human-first approach that honors the unique traits, experiences, and journeys that define each individual.

Through TRAI8, Sam helps organizations find top AI, ML, and Data talent by focusing on deeper alignment — matching not just skills, but character, story, and long-term potential.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys going to the gym, playing guitar, singing, and spending time with his wife and four children.
